Wine Maker Tamara Flores Hosts a Wine Seminar at Amazonia Churrascaria

Palm Beach — Trivento Amado Sur, Trivento Golden Reserve Malbec and a Cabernet Sauvignon/Syrah by Vina Maipo were recently sampled and paired with the cuisine at Amazonia Churrascaria.
The Argentinean wineries represented on the island by the Aruba Trading Company, sent wine maker Tamara Flores on an educational mission, introducing the vividly red and intense wines to staffers who in turn will present them to meat -lovers at the restaurant as the perfect match for their delectable dinners, explains Kavey Yarzagaray, of the Aruba Trading Company.
Amazonia Churrascaria, an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse features friendly Brazilian gauchos carrying 3-foot long skewers stacked with a variety of grilled meats to be carved tableside, and Tamara’s wine selection promises to complement the dining experience and perfect it.
Also on hand for the tasting and pairing Restaurant Manager Raymond Talbot and chef Victor.
