Window’s on Aruba will be offering a fantastic feast for fathers and their family members on Father’s Day, June 15th, 2008, served from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the elegant restaurant overlooking the emerald green Divi Links golf course.

Brunch at Windows on Aruba will consist of a three-course experience leisurely enjoyed with a complimentary Mimosa for just $36 per person, accompanied by live music with Ivan Jansen.

The interesting menu composed by the expert Windows on Aruba chefs includes a choice of appetizers, main courses and desserts. The menu allows patrons to mix and match; order and savor their favorite signature dishes.

Appetizers such as Smoked Salmon and Asparagus, over scrambled egg, with truffle dressing or Parma Ham and Artichokes with cashews and mustard vinaigrette will compete in popularity with the creamy Lobster and Shrimp Bisque while the Roasted Red Snapper and Asparagus, the Grilled Sirloin and Mushrooms or the Duck Breast over Couscous are all guaranteed to please.

Desserts will be especially nice with Coffee Mousse & Orange Ganache, which is sure to tempt many, along with the famous Window on Aruba specialty Baileys and Mint YingYang filled with chocolate-mint mousse and Baileys ice-cream.

Lunch may also wind down over fruits and cheese cake with passion fruit sabayon and vanilla ice cream.
