Water’s Edge Restaurant now open at Costa Linda Beach Resort

The low-rise resort area just got blessed by a wonderful, contemporary eatery, situated on the water’s edge at Costa Linda Beach Resort. Veteran hotelier and restaurateur Roy Leitch closed his popular Turtle’s Nest restaurant there lasy year, and opted for a total remake and redesign. Construction took over one year but the end result in the form of the Water Edge Restaurant, 12 Degrees, North, is spectacular.

The new Water’s Edge features a spacious bar under a giant palapa, with numerous flat-screen TVs, umbrella-table on the beach, toes in the sand, and an elegant, stylish, air-conditioned octagon-shaped dining room which opens in the evening hours for a la carte dinner.

All day dining with a spectacular ocean view is what Water’s Edge does best, with Chef Harold and Chef Angelo in the kitchen assisted by sous-chef Evelyn.

The charming wait staff serves breakfast from 7am to 11am, lunch from 11am to 4pm and dinner from 4pm to 11pm. On the menu burgers, sandwiches, wraps, appetizers, soups and salads for lunch, steaks, pasta and seafood for dinner. The food is very reasonably priced, the portions colossal and the ambiance unforgettably tropical.
