Waterfront Crabhouse introduces sunset specials

Chef Patrice CosteThe Waterfront Crabhouse, located at the Seaport Marketplace, owned and operated by passionate restaurateur Roy Leitch, is the island’s premier seafood restaurant.

It features the largest lobster tank in the Caribbean and an ambience that could be Michigan Avenue, Beverly Hills or Upper East Side.

While patrons report that the garlic crabs are great and the Alaska king crab wonderful, the lobster fra diablo is really hot stuff!

Recently Leitch introduced a Sunset Special from 4 pm to 6:30 pm featuring some of the restaurant’s best selling dishes for just $19.95 per person.

The Sunset Specials include a choice of three appetizers and three entrees as well as two signature desserts. Not to be missed

are the Seafood Crepes Neptune, the creamy Pumping Soup, the Grilled Filet of Grouper with mango beurre blanc and yucca chips, the Rigatoni a la Vodka, with sautéed shrimp and crabmeat, flavored with Smirnoff, chased by the homemade Walnut Brownie or the Strawberry Cheese Cake. Early birds report that the meal is worth the trip to town.

The Waterfront Crabhouse serves breakfast – then lunch and dinner until 10 pm, sixteen hours of great food and friendly service. You might be familiar with Leitch’s name as he also operates the Tortuga, at Aruba Beach Club and the Turtle’s Nest at Costa Linda Beach Resort.
