Two full days were dedicated at La Cabana Beach & Racquet Club to the resort’s vision, under the slogan: World Class Service Happens Here!
Resort associates were invited to tour an exposition, and attend a fun movie presentation, outlining and reiterating La Cabana’s mission of maintaining its position as a world class service oriented time share resort, and emphasizing its values such as passion, integrity, dedication, loyalty, environmental responsibility, honestly and teamwork.
Vision Day was planned in preparation for AOS, the resort’s associate opinion survey, whose goal for 2012 was set at 79.5% versus 78.9% in 2011.
Vision Days recruited the participation of the Social Committee, the Eagle Team and the HR Committee, the Green, Health & Safety Committee and the Grand Cambio/Chispita Committee Team.
The various active and dynamic committees, set up to manage and direct the associate experience at the resort, showed off their accomplishments at the Training Room.
The Social Committee organizes fun monthly celebratory events, the Eagle Team works on behalf of employee benefits, the Green, Health & Safety Committee promotes sound environmental practices and Grand Cambio/Chispita Committee Team residing in the heart of the housekeeping department makes sure the operation works like clockwork, keeping communications lines open and productivity high.
