The now fully renovated Ventanas del Mar restaurant hosted a great number of elegant country-club celebrations in honor of the upcoming holidays. A group of colleagues from one of the government offices enjoyed a wonderful dinner prepared by Executive Chef Jim Roosman, served under the watchful eye of General Manager Martin Haselhoef.
Ventanas del Mar restaurant was closed for renovations for a period of six weeks, just before the holidays and is now boasting a new look. The restaurant at Aruba’s Tierra Del Sol, Golf Resort, Country Club & Spa is a great favorite among locals and visitors featuring continental cuisine with a tropical twist, serving delicious meals in an elegant indoor dining room, or on the wraparound terrace overlooking the golf course and the California lighthouse.
