The Radisson Aruba Resort Casino & Spa was home to a “muchila creativo” under the direction of Joan Danies, an interactive presentation in the Grand Caribbean Ballroom outlining all services rendered by the White Yellow Cross to members of the community, kids, the elderly and the infirm.
The presentation came alive in the form of a “tableau vivant,” as participants acted and introduced home care, parent and childcare, information on nutrition, blood sugar and pressure control, cholesterol and triglycerides and disability services to the music of duo Nostalgia Caribeña.
The celebration also included a two day seminar in the ballroom, inaugurated by a children choir singing the national anthem, in the presence of Aruba’s minister of health and other dignitaries with the intention to activate and optimize healthcare for the Aruban community.
