The Sunset Grille hosts a serenity dinner on the beach

Beach Dinner (6)Sixteen meeting planners staying at the Radisson Aruba Resort Casino & Spa enjoyed an elegant tropical dinner, right on the resort beach, toes in the sand.

The group was organized by Halcom Tours, and dinner was hosted by Vicky Perez and Bob Curtis, on behalf of the resort.

The VIP crowd enjoyed a spectacular evening under the stars, and an artfully decorated beach, by the professionals of ECO DMS.

The Sunset Grille Restaurant catered the event featuring its famed James Beard menu.

Last year the AAA Four Diamond rated restaurant extended its reach when the culinary team cooked up a storm in New York City, hosting the Over Aruba Dinner at the prestigious James Beard House, which was officially sold out.

The Sunset Grille chefs were invited to dazzle guests of the James Beard Foundation with their culinary magic, and the Aruban-inspired menu created by Executive Chef Hector Espinoza and Sous Chef Anthony Martinus tempted the palettes of Manhattan’s most discerning “foodies.”

That same menu was replicated on the beach in honor of the visiting dignitaries and it included a Pumpkin-Fennel Pancake with Grouper Fillet, Green Papaya Salad, Lime and Cilantro for appetizer and Conch-Stuffed Prime Filet Mignon with Grilled Peppers and Aruban Funchi as main course.

For dessert the Caribbean Canoli with fresh strawberries and sugar swirls added just the right final touch. Each course was paired with the chef’s selected wine that has been chosen to bring out the flavors of each dish.
