The Radisson Hosts a Local Community Appreciation Party

Senior Sales Manager Lily Polsbroek welcomed guests to the Grand Caribbean Ballroom, on behalf of resort management. Lily who has been with the Radisson Aruba Resort Casino & Spa for the past seventeen years, served as party host, introducing Director of Operations Raymond Habibe and the Executive Chef Kien Fat Lie Kwie.  Since the holiday season is around the corner guests got to sample the delicious Christmas menu, prepared by the culinary team.

The elegant event, Lily explained, was designed to thank members of the local community for their support of the resort year-round, also soliciting their business for the upcoming party season.

Robert & Su Solo Banda show entertained the gathering while Elsa’s Flower Shop decorated in collaboration with High Performance for lighting effects and illumination.

In her welcoming remarks Lily shared that the resort has recently undergone a $35 million dollar renovation, and that the Grande Dame of Palm beach offered 15 acres of lush gardens, 355 stylish and comfortable guest rooms and suites, besides award winning restaurants, bars, and the unique Larimar Spa, where gift certificates may be purchased as holiday gifts.

A festive raffle at the end of the function awarded many gift certificates to party-goers for Sunset Grill brunches, Larimar Spa treatments and meals at Gilligan’s Beach Restaurant.

The 2012 Christmas program, as introduced at the Appreciation Party embraces many features including Frosty the Snowman’s Buffet, for just $37, per person, for dinner featuring a great selection of holiday foods. Other options, at up to $57.50 per person, for the Grand Noel Station to Station, are available by contacting Fransisca Van Esta Tjallingii, Marvinia Richardson and Raynold Semeleer at the resort. A fun and reasonable lunch option for $40 per person and a spectacular Brunch package at $42, are sure to be popular as combined with different bar and beverage packages.
