PALM BEACH – The culinary team of the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino is preparing a true Thanksgiving feast, to be held in the Grand Caribbean Ballroom on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 23rd, 2017, from 5pm to 8pm.
The dinner buffet will be served in a casual family-atmosphere, with plentiful and tasty offerings, all equally fresh and tempting!
The extensive menu will start things off right with a Soup Station offering Cream of Pumpkin, served with Croutons, Sour Cream and Bacon Bits, and Salad Station with Mixed Greens, Tomato, Basil, Cucumber & Avocado Salad, Sweet Potato & Raisin Salad, Quinoa Salad with Toasted Squash, Dried Cranberries & Pecans, Roasted Red Beet Salad with Mandarin Segments, Cranberry Waldorf Salad, Peel & Eat Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce & Lemon, and Vegetable Crudité. The Carving Station will offer of a Roasted Whole Turkey with Traditional Stuffing, Gravy, and Cranberry Compote, while Entrees will include Roasted Beef Tenderloin with a Red Wine Sauce, Slow Roasted Ham with Stewed Kumquats, Dill Roasted Salmon with Fennel, Grilled Herb Chicken with Mushroom and a plethora of sides including Honey Roasted Winter Vegetables, Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon Bits, Stir-fried Wild Rice and Garlic Mashed Potatoes. A pasta station will be serving made to order Pumpkin Tortellini or Linguini. Not to be outdone, the Dessert Station will include Pumpkin Pie, Cranberry Cheesecake, Pecan Pie, Chocolate Mousse, Upside Down Orange Cranberry Cake and Spiced Apple Pie.
Live entertainment will entertain diners, while those interested in watching the NFL game will be able to do so, thanks to a big screen that will be showing the game.
The price for adults is $49.- p.p.; children 6 to 12 pay $26.-, plus tax and service charge.
