ORANJESTAD, Aruba – September 25, 2023 – At its second annual Summer Sidewalk
Sale, Stimami Sterilisami Foundation proudly raised an incredible 45,000 Florins,
surpassing last year’s total by a notable 10,000 Florins. Every cent raised will directly
fund spay and neuter procedures of cats and dogs under Stimami Sterilisami’s
national spay and neuter program, which has already successfully spayed and
neutered more than 34,000 pets.
The event buzzed with energy as attendees were treated to unbeatable deals on
brand-new and used hotel items, such as king-sized mattresses, plates, cups, towels,
linens, and much more; delectable $1 tacos from Craft & Lola, and lively music. A
record-breaking crowd graced the occasion, with eager shoppers lining up a hours in
advance, leading to most items being snapped up within just a few hours.

and generous contributions from our esteemed partners, including Marriott Vacation
Club, Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort, Ritz Carlton, Hyatt Regency Resort, Renaissance

Accountants & Tax Advisors, One Love Foundation and Ben Kaufman. A special
mention goes out to the One Love Foundation, who traveled all the way from the
USA to donate items and volunteer, underscoring their deep commitment to our
cause. We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated rescue organizations:
Criojo Trappers, Luna Foundation, Nine Lives Foundation, Sgt Pepper’s Friends, and
AWAA, who fervently championed responsible pet ownership and promoted the
adoption of rescue pets. Our thanks also extend to Lucho Towing and Total Services
for their invaluable assistance with transportation, ensuring the smooth running of
the event,” the Board of Stimami Sterilisami announced.
