General Manager Paul Gielen invited a group of North American Meeting & Incentive Travel Executives to visit the Renaissance Marina Tower and join him for lunch at the L.G. Smith Steak & Chop House.
Following a comprehensive tour of his fully renovated resort guests enjoyed a choice of Petite Spinach Salad and Tomato Cream Soup with Fried Corn Tortilla, followed by a Mixed Combo of Grilled NV Striploin, Chicken Breast and Grouper Fillet served with Chimichuri, Cabernet Mushroom Sauce and Lemon Butter Sauce, with mashed potatoes and sautéed mushroom sides. For dessert the Sweet Finish delivered dark and white chocolate Terrine with Kaluha sauce.
The visit was orchestrated by the Aruba Convention Bureau, with the Aruba Hotel & Tourism Association and the Aruba Tourism Authority, and escorted by Pamela Shepherd and Carol Daugherty, of the Aruba Convention Bureau for North America.
