Sandra Betancourt and Renzo Escalante got engaged, just recently at the beautiful Vineyards and Winery of Ferrari-Carano, in Sonoma, California.
The lovebirds went to Southern California first to spend a weekend with family members then they headed out to Sonoma and Napa Valley for a couple of days, and spent their last three days in San Francisco, sharing quality time with more family members.
While at the winery Renzo got inspired and asked his long time girlfriend and companion for her hand in marriage – luckily he was prepared with ring, flowers, and two flutes of champagne — and she naturally said yes, against the irresistible backdrop of romantic gazebo and flowering garden.
Renzo, a happy resident of Aruba, is regional sales manager for the Aruba Yellow Pages, while Sandra is a hotel manager by profession and currently works for the Hyatt Summerfield Suites in Miami, FL.
The Betancourt-Escalantes will be residing in Aruba, once married.
