The Hilton Aruba Resort Casino held a recognition event in honor of its distinguished team member Rugia A. Siliee celebrating her 35th anniversary at the resort. She was the very first employee of the hotel, back then, when it was reflagged as the Golden Tulip.

Many of Rugia’s colleagues attended the event, where she received public praise, recognition and gifts for a job well done, for over three and a half decades.
General Manager Vasco Baselli paused to reflect on Rugia’s leadership qualities, her ability to move and motivate others, her humility and her determination to always do more than her share: “We are grateful for your valuable contributions, and loyalty, and most of all appreciate your 35 years of outstanding dedication to the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino,” he said.
