Romar Trading wine artist Clive Faustin hosted another successful soiree at La Bodega introducing food & beverage professionals to the impressive portfolio of sparkling wines and champagnes available at Romar Trading. Assisted by Yadira Sankatsing, Monique Bouwer and Alfonso Nedd, Faustin introduced guests to value-for-money sparkling wines from Chile such as Concha Y Toro Brut and Demi Sec, and conducted a tasting of the American favorite from California, Korbel Brut & Demi Sec. Faustin praised the liveliness and freshness of the Italian sparkling Prosecco Torresella, and Santa Margherita, then went on to pour the legendary Laurent Perrier Rose & Brut Champagne from France and talk about the exquisite Armand De Brignac Champagne, a rock and rap star favorite, with its distinctive gold bottle with pewter Ace of Spades labels.
The Kitchen and Chef Sander prepared delectable hors d’oeuvres and guests had a most enjoyable evening, previewing the sparkling wines and champagnes carried by Romar Trading in anticipation of the upcoming holiday parties fueled by rising, glittering pearl-like bubbles in crystal flutes!
