Ventanas del Mar restaurant, one of the island’s most romantic restaurants celebrated a week of love and romance just prior to Carnival hosting friends and lovers over dinner, against a spectacular backdrop of multicolored sunsets.
The restaurant at Aruba’s Tierra Del Sol, Golf Resort, Country Club & Spa is a great favorite among locals and visitors featuring continental cuisine with a tropical twist, serving delicious meals in an elegant indoor dining room, or on the wraparound terrace overlooking the golf course and the California lighthouse.
Our Roving camera found boat owner Marcus Wiggins at the restaurant escorted by his wife Cindy and Dave, a friend of Aruba who used to work on the Mi Dushi light-years away. Also featured friends and family members staying at La Quinta, Divi and Divi Phoenix, from Connecticut and NY, who have been coming to the island for the last 200 years, if one counts all those combined visits! Mr and Mrs Bratt, celebrating 26 years of marriage and 26 years on Aruba, staying at Divi Phoenix. Debbie and Thomas Perciak, he is the Mayor of Strongsville, Ohio, who has been coming here for 25 years. The Perciaks own a home at Tierra del Sol, celebrating 27 years of marriage. Also guests from Toronto, staying at the Marriott Surf Club, on their 2nd and 7th visit respectively, and 10-time repeat visitors to Aruba, staying at the Marriott Surf Club.
