The dress code of payettes, feathers, crowns and masks, was strictly enforced immediately inspiring honorable members of Renaissance Executive Plus club to have a fantastic time.
The buffet spread prepared for the Renaissance local clientele was especially tempting with an interactive hand-rolled sushi station, shaved shoarma on a spit, fresh seafood chowder, golden fried, crispy, frog legs, mini beef pinchos, baby lamb lollypops with garlic confit, grilled chicken and yellow fin tuna brochettes, all meeting with great enthusiasm and approval.
The Renaissance Resorts host the special event each year thanking local businesses for booking room-nights into the Renaissance Marina Tower and the Beach Suites, as well as providing the Renaissance Convention Center, the restaurants and the Spa, with opportunities to serve, says Rufat Geerman, who handles the corporate program.
