With the conclusion of the first quarter of 2009, the two Renaissance Casinos in the heart of town, Crystal Casino and the Seaport Casino, took the opportunity to acknowledge the hard work of select individuals nominated jointly as the Team of the First Quarter, 2009.
For the Heart of the House, Sixta Croes – Chi A Loi, a Seaport Casino Cleaner garnered top honors, while for the Front of the House, a group of individuals were singled out as exceptional associates, namely Dealer Albert Kelly, and Cocktail Waitress Mirna Ridderstap, from the Crystal Casino; Slot Attendant Maritza Guillen, and Dealer Bernardo Nunez, both from the Seaport Casino.
Supervisor Giovanni Tromp, who works as a floor supervisor for the Crystal Casino enjoyed the respect of his peers as Supervisor of the Quarter.
The awards were handed out by casino members of management and Edgard Roos during an excellent lunch celebration at the Seaport Convention Center. The ceremony was organized by members of the department of Human Resources, Renaissance Aruba Resort & Casino.
