It gave General Manager Gary Jutz great pleasure to announce a number of well-deserved promotions with in his hotel organization.
Tasha Agana, Senior Assistant Resort Manager was promoted to Catering and Conference Services Manager.
In her new role, she will be working closely with both the Sales and the Food & Beverage departments. Jutz thanked Agana for her service as Senior Assistant Resort Manager, and reported that in that capacity, she has made a difference, and the resort could expect the same from her in her new role.
Frank Erasmus, Front Office Manager for the past 20-some years, will replace Agana as Senior Assistant Resort Manager. Frank will be working in close contact with Narshell Gibbs Rooms Division Manager and with Director of Resort Operations, Rachel Noordermeer.
Charlene Nectar, Assistant Human Resources Director will be promoted to Front Office Manager. She will report to Rooms Division and to the Director of Resort Operations.
All three manager, Jutz reiterated, have contributed significantly to the resort, and were handed new and exciting challenges in the reorganization of the resort effective August 1, 2009.
