In celebration of its 25th anniversary, Professional Pest Control recently organized a BBQ cook out at its headquarters, located at Avenida Milio J. Croes. Deciding to celebrate a quarter of a century by giving back to our community, employees and family members of the company diligently sold tickets in advance to raise funds for two important charitable causes on our island: children’s home Casa Cuna and the Serenity Foundation.
While some employees helped a well-known local chef prepare the delicious barbecue dishes, others grabbed buckets and sponges to wash cars and earn more funds to be donated to the charities.
Also attracting many people was the popular yard sale, which offered up a variety of items that were priced to sell.
Inspired by Professional Pest Control’s dedication to giving back to the community, Univar, the biggest supplier of professional products and services for the pest control industry, made a donation of US $3000 to the fundraiser.
The funds will be presented to Casa Cuna and the Serenity Foundation very soon, when Professional Pest Control will host a special gathering at La Cabana Beach & Racquet Club to celebrate the company’s anniversary and its corporate responsibility as a good citizen of Aruba, serving the community and staying involved with its social causes.
