PFTSA was founded in 1992, as an AHATA and FTA initiative, as they both shared the same vision for the need to create a pension plan which would provide workers in the tourism industry with supplementary income after retirement in addition to the general old age pension provided by the government. The fund is regulated by the Central Bank of Aruba.
PFTSA, says Managing Director Bergen, strives to be the number one choice of employers and employees, for the execution of their retirement plans.
The PFTSA is ruled by a board which consists of an equal amount of representatives from both the employers’ side and the participants’ side.
Located at Ernesto Petronia 64 2nd floor.
