The elegant, recently opened restaurant is preparing a memorable evening dedicated to love on Tuesday, St. Valentine’s Day.
Chef Urvin Croes and his staff are sparing no effort to make the evening as pleasant and harmonious as possible, serving picture perfect food, in a picture perfect setting.
Lovers are invited to start their culinary experience at the bar where White’s master-mixer creates hand-crafted cocktails such as Pomme Brule and Passion Fruit Mojito. The evening then will progresses in the white ultra modern, chic, dining room with a menu of delectable specialties, at $100 for two.
Chef Urvin, is Aruban-born but trained in the Netherlands and in Italy. He has enjoyed a solid career since graduating culinary school, having worked at the Michelin starred Grand Hotel Karel V, in Utrecht Holland, and upon his return to the island, at Windows on Aruba and Amuse Bistro, as the Sous Chef.
White Modern Cuisine is Chef Urvin’s own creation. He is supported by Mary-Anne Werleman, the
Operational Manager, and a young and eager to please kitchen and dining room staff. While the restaurant menu is small it covers all angles, beef and fish, chicken and pork, promoting harmony between food and wine, balancing quality and flavor.
White Modern Cuisine welcomes visitors to the second floor of the Palm Beach Plaza Mall, offering an air-conditioned dining room, and an airy terrace lounge, with a dedicated lounge menu.
