New tenants pick up their store keys at the Palm Beach Mall

Owner Suresh Nathani recently met with Mall Manager Alex Otterspeer to receive his keys and a bottle on champagne in celebration of the happy occasion.

Leo Correa – the man who brought Aldo to Aruba, is opening the Shoebox, a multi-brand outlet offering Jimmy Choo’s & Diane von Furstenberg creations as well as a dedicated corner for specialized cosmetics by La Chinata, an olive oil based line.

The fabulous Palm Beach Plaza set to open in the early fall concluded construction and tenants are now dedicating their time and energy to interior décor. The Palm Beach Plaza on the boulevard just below the Marriott Surf Club will offer 15.000 m2 of fine dining, shopping and entertainment, as the largest mall in the Southern Caribbean, conceived as an all-day family entertainment center offering an abundance of activities to vacationers and locals, of all ages.

Developed by Landy NV, with managing director Muller Solognier, as a partnership of three well-established business entrepreneurs, the multi-level mall attracted a great number of prestigious tenants.

They all express their enthusiasm about moving into the heart of Palm Beach, within walking distance to all high-rise resorts, with their new businesses.

The Palm Beach Plaza is welcoming Shivas Gold & Gems, Tommy Hilfiger, Façonnable, Benetton, San Marina Shoes, Sunspecs, Swatch & Del Sol, Sketchers, Nautica, Royal Jewels & Diamonds, Monarch Jewels, Guess, Guess Kids, Perry Ellis, Addict, Penha Perfumeries, Panache, the Shoe Box, Jon Sonen, Shabby Shic, Giordano, an 8 movie-theater Mega Plex, Aruba’s first food court, and a children’s entertainment floor operating a Kiddie-Train, a Rock Climbing wall, a Bowling Alley, an electronic game zone and a thrilling Cable Slide, next to an indoor supervised play room.

The mall will also feature a Day Spa, a branch of Western Union, the Post-Office and a Mini-Market, in addition to a number of theme restaurants and bars including Casa Tua Mediterranean, Havana Cigar & Spirit Bar, Epoca Nuova, Hoshi Sushi and Mama Mexico, Mimo’s Ice Cream and Sir James House of Coffee set amid tropical vegetation, with 354 easily accessible, ground level parking spaces, and nicely lit walking lanes to and from the hotel strip.
