New “Early Bird” offering at Sunset Grille

The Sunset Grille at Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino is offering a Sunset Experience daily, from 5:30pm to 7:00pm, pairing its innovative cuisine with the spectacular sunset views over famous Palm Beach.

Guests may enjoy the Chef’s specially curated three-course dinner, at formidable $40pp price.

The Sunset Menu choice of appetizers include Lobster Bisque under a puff pastry dome, with a touch of brandy and vanilla essence; Steakhouse Wedge, with bacon, Roma tomatoes, chunks of Gorgonzola and Blue cheese dressing; Caesar Salad with white anchovies, bacon, and ciabatta croutons.

Guests may then choose Organic Chicken Breast, crisp Panko and Parmesan crust, with sautéed spinach, mushroom risotto, Dijon sauce, and Parmesan mousse; Seared Sesame Ahi Tuna, with fennel marmalade, togarashi aioli, and wakame cucumber or the restaurant’s signature local Red Snapper caught by the resort’s bellman Johnny, and served with tomatoes, herbs, and peppers, in a modern Creole sauce, with zucchini and fried plantain.

The dessert on the Sunset Menu features a selection of Chocolate Cake, a New York Cheesecake or Vanilla Ice Cream.

The $40 Sunset Menu may be enjoyed indoor in the elegant, air-conditioned dining room or outdoor on the wrap-around terrace overlooking the lush garden landscape and the inspiring views.
