Over 150 guests showed up for an open invitation extended to construction companies, architects, engineers, real estate companies and investors, by VIPAP sistema constructivo, VIPAP construction system which promises to lower the cost of construction materials and the cost of construction labor, significantly on the island.
The welcome cocktail party in the Grand Caribbean Ballroom was followed by a presentation of Venezuelan architects, assisted by former island resident and Caracas designer Eva Zissu.
