Ginger, a charming new world, Asian fusion restaurant just opened at the Alhambra Mall. Ginger is a Divi-owned brand. A successful restaurant by that name already operates at the Divi Tamarijn to the delight of its all-inclusive guests. With the opening of the bigger eatery by the same name at the Alhambra Mall, new Asian flavors are now available to a broader spectrum of patrons, both locals and visitors.
Charming chef Danie is in the kitchen and Arthur, the world’s best-looking bartender is — you guessed in charge of mixology at the bar. Dining room manager Jos Valentijn is as charming and accommodating, as his name implies.
Ginger was personally created by Alex Nieuwmeyer, Divi’s long-time Managing Director who was at the helm of the project responsible for décor and menu writing. Ginger offers delicious soups, starters, Nigiri, Sashimi, Sushi, Yakitori skewers, main courses, Asian specialties, noodle dishes and desserts, all spectacularly plated and decoratively served. Very reasonably priced!
