The Divine Nine offered a moonlit golf tournament this past week under a full moon. The golf course never looked so good, says Tabitha Fecunda, Island Marketing & Promotion Manager, The Links at Divi Aruba — as it did on Thursday, under a brilliant moon and tropical stars.
The unique tournament included the Link Ladies and a good number of members who enthusiastically signed up for the nocturnal adventure which concluded at the glow-in-the-dark Mulligan’s Golf Café and Restaurant, for Karaoke Night.
Divi Links, a 9-hole golf course, opened in 2004 with a gala party and charity golf tournament, attended by Prince Albert of Monaco, Prince Pieter Christiaan of the Netherlands, and Aruba’s Prime Minister. Divi Links is lush and green and surrounded by luxurious private villas and tropical lagoons replete with wildlife, water birds, ducks and iguanas.
The golf course hosts regular and frequent golfing events, of which Moonlight Golf is the most popular!!
