Stephan Pfingsten, the Manager of MINI for Latin America joined Ultimate Automotive executives Marcel Meenhorst & Frederica Jones on stage for a press conference hosted by the Palm Beach Plaza Mall. Mall Manager Alex Otterspeer, representing the Palm Beach Plaza Mall expressed his complete satisfaction with the Mini Cooper Launch Event for Aruba, unfolding at Aruba’s largest Mall.
Ultimate Automotive parked a number of very attractive MINIs on the plaza including the Classic Hatch, the Convertible, the Clubman and the new member of the MINI family, the Mini Cooper Countryman.
Driving a Mini, says Pfingsten, offers excitement, emotion and individuality. Known as a personality on wheels, the MINI is a fashion statement and a way of life, he states.
Having partnered with the BMW group in 2001, sales of Mini Cooper sky rocketed in the past decade and recently the number of MINIs sold in Latin America showed as much as 350% growth.
The focal point of the presentation at the Palm Beach Plaza Mall was MINI Cooper Countryman the largest and boldest of all MINI models. The car is a cross-over model, Pfingsten explains, combining classic style and contemporary Sport Activity Model features. It is also technologically advanced equipped with all the bells and whistles for Google and Bluetooth use, from online entertainment to smart phones.
The gathering was enhanced by wine service with Romar Trading, and the MINI remote-controlled car, but mostly by the pure excitement generated by super cute cars!!
Everyone of the guests wanted to try the bucket seats and admire the BMW engine, kick the run-flat tires with fancy rims, and comment of the stylish the black & white paint-job.
