Milano Italian Bistro & Lounge presents its new menu

Milano Italian Bistro & Lounge invited members of the press and other local dignitaries for a tasting of its new menu items. Chef Gilbert Flemming reports the novel dishes feature more pasta, and a bigger variety of fresh seafood. Guests at Milano Bistro & Lounge at South Beach Centre, may dine al fresco under a new awning, overlooking the action on the plaza, or indoor in the trendy dining room. The restaurant also includes a chic bar and cozy lounge area.

Restaurant Manager Daniel Werleman explained that Milano Italian Bistro & Lounge tweaked its menu in preparation for the high season while PR executive Ruthlene Flemming explained that the dining room and terrace décor also received a seasonal refresh.

Milano Bistro & Lounge is the pet project of a well-known foodie, Hubert Dirks, who packs much experience and enjoys great access to the freshest produce under the sun.

Expect fresh Seafood, just caught Fish, USDA Beef, Pork, Lamb and Chicken specialties for dinner, light bites, fine wines and cocktails, with an air-conditioned dining room and outside terrace seating. The kitchen will open from 5:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and guests chilling at the Lounge & Bar, may enjoy cocktails and light bites weekdays 5:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. and Friday & Saturday, 5:00 p.m. – 3:00 a.m. South Beach Centre, Palm Beach, Aruba, with ample free parking, within walking distance of all high-rise hotels.
