A group of select meeting planners from North America were treated to an unforgettable experience by ECO Destination Management of Aruba.
The visitors were split into teams, and outfitted with 4-wheeldrive Jeeps, survival bags, and a challenge workbook filled with destination clues. They were asked to complete a fun day in the sun traveling from one spot to the next in a rally starting at the Marriott Aruba Resort, past the California Lighthouse, to the Alto Vista Chapel, the Bushiribana gold mines, the Ayo rock formation, the Donkey Sanctuary and back to the Renaissance Aruba Resort, in the heart of Oranjestad.
Teams won points for sportsmanship and high spirits and had points deducted for flat tires and the use of Google search in quest for correct answers!
