Oranjestad — Marilina, one of the key employees at Caribbean Palm Village Resort, celebrated an important anniversary just recently, completing twenty years of service at the resort. She started working there as the secretary to the general manager and at the end of five years in that position transitioned to the reservations department where she fulfils a very important role, as reservations assistant, directly responsible for the successful occupancy of the hotel.
He colleagues report that Marilina is dedicated, loyal, helpful, and resourceful. She loves her work and over the past years has amassed an impressive number of awards as the recipient of many Extra Mile citations, Employee of the 4th Quarter 2014, and best of all Employee of the Year 2014.
As a mother of two she is proud of her accomplished and good-looking kids, especially her daughter Kimberly, the cover model of Island Temptations Magazine, Fall/Winter 2015 edition.
Born in Venezuela, Marilina has been living in Aruba for 26 years, and in her spare time, she loves to practice Zumba, go to church, watch movies and visit her family members and friends. Pictured here Marilina with members of management during a lunch celebration in her honor at Taste Of Belgium.
