Let Cas Bon bring you home

Oranjestad — In keeping with the long-standing Aruban tradition, building his own home is undoubtedly every islander’s dreams.
Cas Bon NV, a family owned local corporation which specializes in home construction, built more than 650 homes on the island over the past fourteen years, and developed more than ten residential communities over the past two decades.
In line with its commitment to the community, the team at Cas Bon takes dreams seriously, and makes things happen in accordance with the new home-owners’ budget.
New homes may be built on leased-land or on privately owned land on lots as small as 300m2 to 400m2, and land owners may visit Cas Bon’s headquarters on Avenido Milo Croes 38A for an appointment with the team. The client may choose one of the attractive home design packages offered by the company or may decide to custom design his own blueprints with the help of the in-house architect. Clients may also modify an existing layout, and save time and money in the design phase.
Construction on leased land may utilize just 20% of the area while there are no size restrictions on the construction of homes on privately owned land. Once the design is finalized, and approved, construction plans may be shared with the bank in order to determine financing. Once financing is obtained the work may begin, entrusted to Cas Bon NV contractors, and its expert, specialty sub-contractors.
Working hand in hand with the bank, the actual construction goes through six major phases, executed with great precision by professional craftsmen, starting with the foundation and floor, then the block walls, the ring beam, the roof, plastering of the exterior, ceiling tiles, windows and doors, with electric and plumping installations in between, then floor tiling and interior paint.
The process is complex and requires strategic planning, so that all elements of construction are synchronized to produce a perfectly finished home at the end of seven or eight work months.
With Cas Bon, Aruba’s largest builder of private homes on their side, land owners may feel secure that they found a trustworthy contractor, forming a solid and secure partnership.
