Working hand in hand with the bank, the actual construction goes through six major phases, executed with great precision by professional craftsmen, starting with the foundation and floor, then the block walls, the ring beam, the roof, plastering of the exterior, ceiling tiles, windows and doors, with electric and plumping installations in between, then floor tiling and interior paint.
The process is complex and requires strategic planning, so that all elements of construction are synchronized to produce a perfectly finished home at the end of seven or eight work months.
