A congenial gathering brought community friends and partners of La Cabana Beach & Racquet Club together for a culinary Christmas preview organized by the resort’s food & beverage crew, with Jeanette Brooks as the ever-efficient coordinator.
The gathering featured a gourmet holiday buffet highlighting the resort’s capabilities in organizing wedding parties, holiday celebrations, family anniversaries, holy communions and corporate receptions of up to 75 people. General Manager Joe Najjar welcomed his guests elaborating on the resort’s long standing relationship with the community and the fact that La cabana Beach & Racquet Club can be entrusted with any function from a menu of Banquet & Meeting Services, to create a memorable event, for the client. Guests were presented with comprehensive selections including full service breakfast, Tea and Coffee Breaks, Italian Buffets, Savory Buffets, Deli Light Lunch Buffets, Dinner Functions with Hot and Chilled hors d’oeuvres and snacks, Extravaganza Christmas Buffets, Caribbean Buffets, Seafood Buffets, and a la carte menus combined with different bar packages.
