Iona Lanoy is Divi’s super-star sales person of the year, for the in-house department, for the third year in a row.
The dynamic Iona may be found servicing the successful Dutch Village, Divi Village, Golf Villas and Divi Phoenix program in the office adjacent to the members’ lounge. She joined Divi Resorts vacation-ownership division in 1992 and in October of 2004 moved with the in-house sales office to the golf course.
Divi, she says, is an amazing company with a proven track record, and that is why time-share owners keep coming back, and keep buying more weeks or upgrading their accommodations because each year Divi delivers exciting options and choices, for the ever-renewing and improving program. Diversity, she says, sells. It is Aruba’s popularity and Divi’s strength that combine to deliver an excellent vacation product; that practically sells itself, she adds
Iona who started working as an OPC, and later Supervisor, Sales Person, TO Manager and now as an in-house executive comes into contact with over 40 families each week, creating friendships and long-lasting relationships with them all. Which is obviously the reason why she is so successful at what she does, and she is a super mom too, a mother of two: one preteen boy and one teenage girl.
