Well-respected thinker and novelist Desiree Correa was the key-note speaker at the Radisson Aruba Resort Casino & Spa on the occasion of International Women’s Day. All the resort’s female associates were invited for a sumptuous buffet lunch in the Grand Caribbean Ballroom and treated to a thought-provoking and informative lecture by Correa who challenge the traditional Male/Female roles and encouraged the women in the audience to recognize their value and command the respect and cooperation they deserve.
The resort’s department heads dressed as dapper waiters, provided attentive and caring service, while attendees were entertained and educated.
The annual initiative was enthusiastically received as International Women’s Day was much-enjoyed at the resort.
