Greetings from the Fabulous Palm Beach Plaza

PBP tenantsThe Palm Beach Plaza is in its interior decoration phase, reports Mall Manager Alex Otterspeer. The large mall just completed construction on the boulevard below the Marriott Surf Club, and will be making 15.000 m2 of fine dining, shopping and entertainment available to locals and visitors in the Fall.

The complex is the largest mall in the Southern Caribbean, and it was conceived as an all-day family entertainment center offering an abundance of activities to patrons of all ages.

Last week representing the Green Door Spa, famous local beauty consultant Claudine Kassar, accepted the keys to her new establishment from Otterspeer. Kassar is planning an environmentally themed day spa where the green motif is carried though from décor, to products, atmosphere and music. The day spa will offer quality hair, skin and nail treatments with the exception of acrylic, which as a chemical compound does not fit in with the house philosophy. A dedicated Barber Shop will afford men and children a place to call their own, away from the women’s section. Also picking up keys for his new beach gear emporium, Suresh Mirchumaland and his beautiful mother who is visiting from India. The two shared a special moment as they received the keys to the new Panache.

Created by Landy NV, with managing director Muller Solognier, as a partnership of three well-established local developers, the multi-level mall attracted a great number of prestigious tenants.

The Palm Beach Plaza is welcoming Shivas Gold & Gems, Tommy Hilfiger, Façonnable, Benetton, San Marina Shoes, Sunspecs, Swatch & Del Sol, Skechers Apparel, Nautica, Royal Jewels & Diamonds, Monarch Jewels, Guess, Guess Kids, Perry Ellis, Addict, Penha Perfumeries, the Shoe Box, Jon Sonen, Shabby Shic, Giordano, an 8 movie-theater Mega Plex, Aruba’s first food court, and a children’s entertainment floor operating a Kiddie-Train, a Rock Climbing wall, a Bowling Alley, an electronic game zone and a thrilling Cable Slide, next to an indoor supervised play room.

The mall will also feature a branch of Western Union, the Post-Office and a Mini-Market, in addition to a number of theme restaurants and bars including Casa Tua Mediterranean, Havana Cigar & Spirit Bar, Epoca Nuova, Hoshi Sushi and Mama Mexico, Mimo’s Ice Cream and Sir James House of Coffee set amid tropical vegetation, with 354 easily accessible, ground level parking spaces, and nicely lit walking lanes to and from the hotel strip.
