The Class of 2008 of the International School of Aruba graduated this week and enjoyed a special celebration with family members and friends in attendance at Silvia’s Gardens. The graduating class included David Brown, Giancarlos Calabrese, Gianni Ferarra, Julian Molina, Maki Wiggins, Marc Anthony Richardson, Osbaldi Boekhoudt, Valentijn van de Sloot and Zeus Zambrano.

Special honor went to Valentijn van der Sloot who received the USA President’s Education Award honoring him as top scholar. He was also recognized by the school for achievement of outstanding SAT scores.
Maki Wiggins was the recipient of the Headmaster’s Cup, ISA’s top scholastic honor for embodying the spirit of education and learning at ISA.
Both honor students are heading for Emerson College in Boston for their continued education in the field of communication and performing arts.
