Gold Coast, Aruba’s residential community entertained the delegates of the Aruba Tourism Conference 2009 for a tropical, torch lit, pool side Bon Bini reception Monday night.
The cocktail party was hosted by the property’s General Manager Ed Malone, and Gold Coast developers and members of management, the dynamic Croes family representatives Mayrin, Fito & Rudy.
The catering for the elegant affair was entrusted to the students of the Aruba Hospitality School, who also served the dignitaries with genuine smiles and authentic Aruban charm.
Malone welcomed the delegates, esteemed tour operators and airline delegates from North America explaining that Gold Coast is the island’s newest master-planned residential community. A great number of owned condos and villas are also renting to transient guests making Gold Coast a unique residential hotel, open and ready for business.
While on property enjoying the under-the-stars party guests were also invited to inspect the two-story town homes and villas and the one-story condos set among 26 acres of lush landscaping, picturesque plazas, fountains, and a full service clubhouse & spa. Guest praised the beauty, quality, design, style, security, and convenience of the complex, and pledged their complete support to the project.
Malone encouraged the dignitaries to visit www.goldcoastaruba.com, for more details, and was happy to tour the representatives of ATA, the Aruba Tourism Authority, as well as the executives of AHATA, the Aruba Hotel and Tourism Association, elaborating on the amenities and the services available. He also introduced them to a team of university students, from the local hospitality faculty, who were working on a marketing project, eager to interview the visitors, some of them top minds in the global travel industry.
