Flora's 2nd Caminata for the Clown Doctors is coming up!

caminata-2008.jpgAruba, get ready! Sunday, April 20 is a date that everyone on Aruba should put in their diaries, because then is Flora’s 2nd Caminata. With last year’s incredible success still ringing in all our ears, the 2008 edition of this fun walk is going to be even bigger and better. The event, which starts at 5.30 pm on the dot, is benefitting the Clown Doctors of Aruba. Registration fee to participate is AWG. 10,–. For that, participants receive a tee-shirt, water, juice and snacks plus a free-of-charge red nose, painted on by the clowns.

All the children of Aruba, their parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles are invited to come down to Flora to join the fun. There will be lots of music of course, Disney figures to wave the parade off, a party bus and a terrific emcee in the form of Magic FM’s Ruben Garcia. Start and finish of the parade will be at Flora’s.

Registration is possible from April 16 on at Flora. Then there will still be a choice in tee-shirt sizes, so pre-registration is preferable, but one can also come to Flora’s parking lot on Sunday, April 20 at 4 pm to register.
Tee-shirts may run out if you come late, so be there early. Of course, visitors to the island will be more than welcome to join too!

Sponsors of the Caminata are Flora, Romar Trading, Magic FM, Idefre, Disney Creations and Aruba Adventures/Kucu Kunucu.
