Enjoy Brunch at Ventanas del Mar This Sunday

Ventanas del Mar Restaurant reintroduced its spectacular brunch last Sunday featuring an a la carte menu filled with breakfast and lunch favorites.

Among breakfast items, pancakes and egg dishes including Eggs Benedict and fluffy made-to-order omelets, cereals, fresh fruits and yogurt.

Chef Jim listed a number of excellent cold appetizers such as Tuna 2 Ways Salad, Beef Carpaccio, Smoked Salmon, and Caesar Salad, as well as hot appetizers such as Jumbo Scallops and Thai Crab Cakes, and Escoffier Style Escargot and Shrimp.

Ventanas del Mar’s famed Lobster Bisque and the Coconut Lemon Grass Soup tempt guest before the main courses, which include Almond Grouper and Citrus Shrimp, Salmon Fillet with Hollandaise sauce, Roasted Rib Eye with Blue Cheese Crumble, Duck Breast with Sweet and Sour Passion Fruit Sauce and Citrus Risotto. The dessert list is equally attractive with Tiramisu, Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies and Aruban Quessillo, just to name a few.

Brunch is served indoor and outdoor from 10:30am to 3pm, and may be combines with a round of golf or practice at the golf range.

Families are invited to enjoy a leisurely brunch at the clubhouse, with great-tasting abundant choices and an unforgettable view of the California lighthouse, with live music.
