The Caribbean Palm Village Resort just recently named its employees of the first quarter for 2012. The nominees for the award included Adriana Tromp and Kathleen Kelly both from the Accounting Department, Ramona Ras from the Maintenance Department, Sadia Futa from the Front-Desk/Reservations Department and Juanita Dorothal, from the Housekeeping Department.
While the decision was difficult, as all nominees delivered excellent performances during the first quarter of the year the winner, Juanita Dorothal from the Housekeeping Department, outshone all others with her willingness to learn, and eagerness to serve her guests and her colleagues.
