Ellioti’s now open on Eagle Beach

Pizza Bob’s, the best kept pizza secret on the island, was just joined by Ellioti’s Italian restaurant in the low-rise hotel area behind Costa Linda Beach Resort, the Bucuti Beach Resort & Tara Suite, adjacent to the Alhambra Casino.

Just like the popular Pizza Bob’s, the new Ellioti’s restaurant features a lovely outdoor terrace and elegant indoor seating, serving gourmet Italian entrees in a casual and friendly atmosphere.

Both restaurants will be managed by Adriana Sanchez, a true believer in personal service and customer satisfaction. Her hands-on management style at Pizza Bob’s paid off, the place is hopping, especially weekends, which inspired the owners to also launch Ellioti’s Italian restaurant practically on the other side of the wall.

Ellioti’s menu was just revealed this week, and the restaurant is counting down for its soft-opening on Wednesday.

Ellioti’s will serve cold appetizers such as Carpaccio & Mozzarella Capresa, hot appetizers such as Fried Calamari, Seafood Crepes & Eggplant Parmesan, traditional Italian soups including Pasta E Fagioli, a nice selection of fresh salads including Hearts of Lettuce with Gorgonzola, an exciting pasta menu with Fettucine Alfredo, cheese stuffed Cannelloni, Gnocchi all Marinara, Tortelloni alla Panna, and Penne all Arabbiatta. The main courses feature Chef Ellioti’s signature catch of the day creations with Fish alla Pizzaiola or Fish Pistachio Crusted. The restaurant serves Caribbean Lobster and seafood on a bed of linguine, and does not hold back on the portions.

Beef and chicken are also represented on the menu with Chicken and Veal Parmesan, Veal Scaloppini and Pepper Steak. Ellioti’s own favorite, tenderloin stuffed with roasted garlic and topped with sweet red wine sauce and gorgonzola on the side, is a match made in heaven.

While the menu also offers pasta as a main course at very affordable prices, you are advised to save some room for dessert with Profiteroles, Tiramisu and Panacotta made fresh every day.

See you anyday, after Wednesday, dinner is served nightly.
