Ellioti’s delivers a cozy soft opening party

Ellioti’s Italian restaurant hosted a soft-opening party last week, flaunting a cozy atmosphere, nice decorations and delicious food. The restaurant, in the low-rise hotel area within the Costa Linda Beach Resort boundaries, and adjacent to the Alhambra Casino, is located next to Pizza Bob’s, the best kept pizza secret on the island, and just like the popular pizzeria, Ellioti’s restaurant features a lovely outdoor terrace and elegant indoor seating, serving gourmet Italian entrees in a casual and friendly atmosphere.

Both restaurants are managed by Adriana Sanchez, who is seen here in the pictures greeting her guests during the soft-opening party.

Adriana is a true believer in personal service and customer satisfaction and her hands-on management style at Pizza Bob’s paid off, the place is hopping, especially weekends, which inspired the owners to also launch Ellioti’s Italian restaurant practically on the other side of the wall.

Ellioti’s menu, as revealed at the opening party features cold appetizers such as Carpaccio & Mozzarella Capresa, hot appetizers such as Fried Calamari, Seafood Crepes & Eggplant Parmesan, traditional Italian soups including Pasta E Fagioli, a nice selection of fresh salads including Hearts of Lettuce with Gorgonzola, an exciting pasta menu with Fettucine Alfredo, cheese stuffed Cannelloni, Gnocchi all Marinara, Tortelloni alla Panna, and Penne all Arabbiatta, just to name a few.

The main courses feature Chef Ellioti’s signature catch of the day creations with Fish alla Pizzaiola or Pistachio Crusted. The restaurant serves Caribbean Lobster and seafood on a bed of linguine, and does not hold back on the portions.

Beef and chicken are also featured with Chicken and Veal Parmesan, Veal Scaloppini and Pepper Steak. Ellioti’s own favorite, tenderloin stuffed with roasted garlic and topped with sweet red wine sauce and gorgonzola on the side, is a match made in heaven.

While the menu also delivers pasta as a main course at very affordable prices, you are advised to save some room for dessert with Profiteroles, Tiramisu and Panacotta made fresh every day.
