Surfside Marina — Marina Kooijmans, Director, in collaboration with Esther Baaij, Senior Manager, both with Deloitte Human Capital Consultancy, Learning & Assessments hosted an informative afternoon at the Surfside Marina sharing Global and Local Human Capital Trends with local executives and HR professionals.
Over 7000 Business Leaders and HR professionals in 130 countries, including the Dutch Caribbean, participated in Deloitte’s Global Human Trends Survey. This made this survey one of the largest global studies of talent, leadership and HR challenges.
A variety of well-established local companies, were represented on the occasion. Guests also enjoyed a social hour over cocktails at under the gazebo, at the end of the program.
Speaker Marina Kooijmans elaborated on international HR trends which focus among others on Organizational Design, Company Culture, Engagement, Leadership, Design Thinking, Learning, the Economy and HR, identifying the five main trends in the Dutch Caribbean as Organizational Design, Company Culture, Leadership, Learning and HR.
The session was designed to provide valuable insight into global and local Human Capital Trends, Gaps, Challenges and Developments, with a built in networking opportunity, as part of the experience.
