The Sunset Grille restaurant at the Radisson Aruba Resort Casino & Spa showcased its AAA rated 4 Diamond cuisine to the De Palm concierges, who dropped in for an exploration dinner. Chef Lie Kwie and his culinary artist presented the guests with an elegant tasting selection including some of the restaurant’s popular appetizers such as Lump Crab Cake, Grilled Calamari Salad and Tuna Tartar. The main course tasting menu included Filet Mignon with Chimichuri Sauce, glazed and crusted Sea Bass and Grilled Shrimp Aioli representing the Sunset Grille’s best entrees. For dessert the extravaganza went over the top to include the Molten Chocolate Soufflé with ice cream, the Cappuccino Cheese Cake and the Baked Apple Clafouti, over bottomless cocktails and wine.
