Copa airline familiarization trip enjoys dinner reception on beach

dsc06219Copa Airlines, now flying into Aruba a number of times a week, opened vacation possibilities from the residents of El Salvador. In order to cultivate interest in the Aruba vacation experience in Central America, the Radisson Aruba Resort Casino & Spa hosted a fantastic party Saturday night on the beach in honor of corporate VIP guests from San Salvador, escorted by Salvador Garcia, the airline’s representative.

The Radisson’s department of special events set up a lovely reception on the beach followed by festive dinner at a community table, serving a gourmet three-course dinner. Executive sous chef Hector Espinoza reports that guests enjoyed smoked salmon canapés over cocktails and that dinner started with lobster and shrimp salad, which was chased by a choice of Seabass saffron sauce and Filet Mignon green pepper and cognac sauce, and culminated with double chocolate cake with chocolate dipped strawberries.

Mylene Marques and Vicky Peres, both members of the sales department hosted the party on behalf of the resort.
