Noord – In a friendly morning gathering over snacks and refreshments Caribbean Palm Village Resort picked its employee of the 2nd quarter from among four excellent candidates: Miladys Sarmiento, Housekeeping, Carlos Heano, Pool, Deborah Rasmijn, Front Desk and Cedric Tromp, Maintenance who won the coveted title.
Cedric who is extremely cooperative often working on his day off if a project requires, is very knowledgeable, says Interim general manager Astrid Muller, and not afraid of challenges outside his field of expertise. He was singled out for his dedication and professional conduct, during April, May, and June. 2015.
The gathering also recognized those going the Extra Mile, members of the Maintenance Department Richard Webb, Cedric Tromp, and Gregory Sanchez, who were praised for their fast rate of response and consistent follow up, with timely job conclusion. Members of the Housekeeping Department Francia Kelly, Miladys Sarmiento and Maria Jose, were lauded for the exceptional comments they have received from guests filling in satisfaction questionnaires upon departure. Members of the Front Desk Donalisa Martis, Nahym Monte and Kenjah Howell went beyond their scope of responsibilities, as well as Miguel Zievinger, Security, Elvis Tromp, Accounting, Sadia Futa and Marilina Kuiperi, Reservations, Mislady Fingal, Activities, Hyacintho Henriquez, Gardener, Carlos Henao and Rafael Ramirez, the poolmen rounded up the list of helpful individuals who went the extra mile, by their wiliness to share their knowledge and apply their skills, in service of the resort and its guests.
