CATA Delegates entertained for lunch at the Radisson

The Aruba Tourism Authority officials, hosts of the Annual Tourism Conference, shared a pleasant afternoon with conference delegates at the Radisson Aruba Resort Casino & Spa.

Resort General Manager Rob Smith welcomed his VIP guests to the Sunset Grille Restaurant where his banqueting and culinary teams dazzled guests with a delicious lunch. Smith gave the dignitaries a short overview of the resort’s $30 million refresh program inviting them and their clients to vacation and unwind at the Radisson, the Grande Dame, sprawled over 15 acres of prime beach-front property.

CATA, which took place for the first time in 1989, is an annual event designed to educate South American travel professionals about Aruba’s vacation product. This year, sixty-nine top producing agents from Bolivia, Panama, Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Peru and Ecuador came to Aruba to receive updates about the resorts and the activities available.
