Cas Sjabururi celebrates 20 years of existence

VIPs at KLThe Aruban Resort & Casino management and staff marked the happy occasion of the 20th anniversary of Cas Sjabururi, welcoming its residents to the resort for a special lunch party.

General Manager Karen Hana reported it was the fifth time that the Aruban Resort & Casino hosted the residents and their caretakers in the past few months.

Together with Resort Manager Humphrey Figaroa, she personally welcomed each one of the residents at the main entrance of the resort and gave them a lovely floral boutonniere to mark the special outing.

After enjoying a refreshing drink at the Sunset Grill Pool Bar, the program continued at the Blue Marlin restaurant, Key Largo Casino, where a three course lunch was prepared, laced with love, by the dedicated kitchen staff of the Blue Marlin.

Key Largo Casino representative, Delia Willems, was also on hand to help orchestrate a flawlessly joyful afternoon

Cas Sjabururi officially opened its doors in 1988. The home has an assisted living capacity for 12 adults with various degrees of mental or physical handicaps. In the two adjacent apartments residents can practice on how to live independently, in their own residence, which is the goal of the facility, namely to prepare handicapped individuals for an independent and fruitful life on their own.
