Caribbean Palm Village Resort Appreciates Long Term Careers

Housekeeper Joalis Kock, was feted at a festive lunch in her honor when members of management at Caribbean Palm Village Resort celebrated her fifth anniversary with the resort. Joalis who came to Aruba from Venezuela more that 27 years ago, came to the island as a young bride, and is today a proud mother of four, and a grandmother of four, as well as a much-appreciated, efficient and professional, Housekeeping team member at Caribbean Palm Village Resort.

Interim General Manager Astrid Muller, Director of Human Resources Mary Werleman and Operations Manager Gina Tondu were on hand to express the resort’s gratitude and appreciation.

This week, the Caribbean Palm Village Resort is celebrating Housekeeping Week with a series of lectures about gardening as a hobby, a good balance in life and environmental stewardship. The week will conclude with a health promotion in collaboration with the White & Yellow Cross, offering an afternoon of tests such as blood pressure and glucose, as well as tips for healthy living to the active and dedicated team, members of the largest department, who provide top-notch housekeeping services to guests, for more than a quarter of a century, at the Caribbean Palm Village, celebrating its 25th anniversary
